Project Details
MCDA was awarded both projects as Design-Build Fixed Cost Contracts for sanitary sewer improvement throughout Fort Indiantown Gap, National Guard Base in Annville, PA. Work included survey, design, installation of 28,000 LF of 6” to 12” SDR sewer mainline and lateral piping, installation of 88 precast sanitary sewer manholes, lateral connection to 52 buildings, installation of one pump station for to include tie in from existing gym and 1,660 LF of 2” HDPE forced main, removal of existing manholes and sewer lines, inspection and testing of new systems, asphalt road crossing restoration, stone driveway restorations, concrete deck repair and lawn restoration. MCDA managed all required permits, project management, quality control, supervision, coordination and self-performed 20% for the work.
