Project Details

The work was for total demolition of the interior 12,000 SF building and complete renovation of the space. Demolition included asbestos abatement, demolition of all MEP systems, floors, interior cmu partitions and ceiling. Restoration work included all new MEP systems and Air Handling units, mechanical controls, tel/com systems, wiring of cubical partitions, new fire sprinkler service to the building, sprinkler system, all new architectural divisions to new sound proof to specified STC requirements, millwork, roof and concrete work. The project was a fast track project for Homeland Security, end user began partial occupancy 5 months from start of demolition and complete occupancy in 6 months. MCDA self-performed all disciplines with exception to Electrical, Tel/com and roof repair.
