6,400 SF Pool – Renovation.

Scope of Work:   

• Demolition of pool coping, surround tile, skimmers and rims, damaged sections of the concrete pool deck and ADA pool ramp anchors.  
• Plaster repairs to the ADA pool ramp and bottom at various locations.
• Installation of water line, coping, depth markers and joint sealant around pool perimeter.
• Replace handicap rail anchors.
• Install new pool bonding and certify system.was also included.
• Concrete Deck Repairs.

Project Completed July 2016.
