3,800 SF  Pool – Alteration/Renovation

Scope of Work:

• Demolition of existing concrete decking, pool piping and drains, water line tile and coping.
• Plumbing – Replace pool piping and drains, skimmers, installation of Neptune Benson filter, install new above ground 3000 gallon backwash holding tank, adjust equipment room piping and pumps to accommodate new equipment.  
• Replace tile, depth markers, coping, plaster, stair rails and  re-caulk pool perimeters.
• Install new diving board and handicap lift.
• 8K SF new concrete decking around pool.
•  Installed new pool light conduit, wiring and grounding.
