Project Details

15,000 SF Pool – Addition/Alteration/Renovation

Partial demolition and separation of existing 13,500 SF single pool into two separate pools with separate plumbing, equipment and control systems. Construction of two new pool entry handicap ramps. Addition of a 2500 SF beach access pool expansion with perimeter bench and new feature at the zero entry pool creating one pool system. Exposed aggregate plaster for both pools, a total of 15,000 SF. Ceramic tile waterline, zero entry tiles and new concrete gutter system are also included. Structrual repairs to existing pool floor, walls and concrete gutter.
