Demolition and rebuild of restrooms, conversation of exterior loading dock into new office space, replacement on new Roof Top Unit, controls, lighting and electrical Panels. All associated architectural support work to include CMU, doors and hardware, suspended and gyp ceilings, framing, sheetrock, painting, VCT, carpeting and alterations to sprinkler system. Work performed in an occupied building.
