Project Details

The work required partial demolition of the existing mechanical, hydronic, roof top condensing units, VAVs and finned tube radiation, electrical systems, supporting ductwork, piping, electrical and controls. New work included installation of a Packaged Rooftop Unit, supporting ductwork, piping, VAVs electrical and controls. Structural steel support for new RTU, replacement of all suspended ceiling systems and repair of walls associated with installation of new mechanical system.
