Project Details

The work includes removal of the old fire alarm system and installation of a new fire alarm system for a nine story high building consisting of 80 apartments for the elderly and/or disabled. Minor repairs to the concrete structure, acoustical ceiling system, and asbestos abatement were necessary to complete the major items of work.
