Project Details

The work includes replacement of the north side AHU and all VAV boxes. Install new thermostats in dormitory rooms, remove all supply air from bathrooms, 6k sf of drop ceiling and all GRDs. South side of building included renovation to the base police dispatch communication department and associated architectural disciplines. Work performed in an occupied condition.
