6,050 SF Pool – Alteration/Renovation

Scope of Work:

• Demolition of pool deck, skimmers, main drains, pool piping, coping, tile and removal of plaster.  New Work:
• Structural repairs to pool floors, walls and beam.
• Pool Plumbing –  Replacement of all of pool plumbing, valves, drains, skimmers and pump.
• Electrical – new pump disconnect and flow meter.
• Replacement of pool tile, coping, plaster and rope anchors
• New one meter diving board, replacement of starting platforms, ladders and handrails.
• Replaced 6,500 SF of concrete decking.

Project Completed August 2016.
